In Korean saju, your birth year is one of four pillars in your chart. It's the one that speaks to family, friends and how you show up in a group. Here's what Grandma Choi says about 1994.
In a group, you're the one everyone leans on. You give advice, lend the car, hold the plan together, and nobody thinks to ask how you're doing.
Dog years make the loyal. You'll defend a friend in public and tell them off in private.
“You'll fight anyone for your friends and no one for yourself.”— Grandma Choi
2027 rubs against your birth year. Terms get redone with family or friends: who hosts, who pays, who calls first. And for your birth year's element, wood, 2027 is a year of output: make things and show them, don't save your energy for later.
Your main element comes from your birth day, not your year. Find yours.
The saju year doesn't start on January 1 or on Lunar New Year. It starts at 입춘 (ipchun), the start of spring on the solar calendar. In 1994 that was February 4, 1994 at 10:30 AM Korea time. Born before that? You belong to 1993: a Water Rooster.
Your birth year is the outside view. The real reading comes from your day pillar, which most people have never heard of, plus your month and hour. Enter your birthday and Grandma Choi lays out all eight characters for free.
