Readings are sold in packs and tied to the reading key in your browser. They don't expire. Because readings are delivered instantly, they're non-refundable once used; if something breaks on our side, email us and we'll put it right. You must be 18 or older to buy.
Charts are calculated with care (Korean solar-time correction, historical daylight saving, the standard 자시 rule), but different schools use different conventions and birth records can be wrong. A different reader may produce a different chart.
